Appita’s annual conference is the most important event of their yearly calendar. With a star-studded line up, the 2019 FVCCON was set to draw a crowd, but they needed to get the word out and develop the assets that would make the conference feel valuable, professional and enhance the overall experience.
We designed and rolled out marketing collateral for social media marketing, magazine advertisements, We developed event programs, guidelines, stationery, notepads, lanyards, packaging to hold all of the information, banners, signs, presentations slides and more.
The first priority for this project was to gain awareness. We created an organic social media campaign using static image posts and animations/video. We posted onto the Appita social media platforms and responded where necessary to any enquiries over the course of the marketing campaigns.
The event rated highly amongst members and visitors who attended the conference and lead the way for the success of the Appita YPN Virtual Conference in 2020 – the only large scale event run during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
