Known for its unique and eclectic gifts and homewares, brolly was a favourite in Melbourne’s leafy east. They had only been in operation for a few years but had established a strong clientele with their bricks and mortar store. They realised the time had come to take their business online to expand their reach, awareness and customer base. We designed and built an e-commerce website and launched

We employed a series of strategies for the brolly digital campaigns and they included social media Re-Marketing, geographical targeting, interests targeting, product testing, marketing analytics and review, direct marketing, email marketing (newsletters), website optimisation, and payment portal management.
We also included campaigns that would drive traffic in store, resulting in significantly higher foot traffic and in-store purchases.

As the creators of the Brolly brand, we are involved in developing accompanying brand collateral in the form of gift cards, note cards and business cards.

In addition to managing the website and campaigns, we were required to photograph a range of products to be featured on the website. A sample of these can be found below.
